Delivery
Delivery is free for orders over £50.
If you have ordered larger furniture items, they will be sent using one of our specialist delivery teams or in some cases, partners. These deliveries should take between 14-28 business days. These lead times are only estimates and can be subject to change. Our customer service team will keep you fully informed with the progress of your order.
Before delivering your items, our delivery partners or customer service team will be in contact with you to organise a suitable delivery date.
The evening before your chosen delivery date, you will receive an email and an SMS confirming a 2 hour delivery slot. On the day of your delivery, your delivery driver will call when they're approximately one hour from your location.
If you are not able to receive your scheduled delivery, you will incur a charge prior to any attempt to reschedule the delivery.
*Please note that we do not deliver to UK islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. There are also a number of UK mainland postcodes that we are unable to deliver furniture to. Please find a full list of postcodes which we cannot deliver furniture to below:
Furniture assembly
*Please note that our assembly service is only available in certain parts of the UK. A full list of postcodes can be found on the assembly product page when adding to your order.
Upon arrival, our team will ask you where you would like the items placing. The items will then be carried to this room and built (full room sets can take up to 2 hours) . Once finished our team will ask if you are happy with your items before taking away all the packaging, however, there may be a few small traces of polystyrene left.

Single items (Cots/cot beds, dressers, wardrobes) - £80
Two items (cot bed + dresser, cot bed + wardrobe etc) - £140
Three items (full set, cot/cot bed + dresser + wardrobe) £200
For orders where our assembly service is either not available or you have chosen not to purchase you will need to assemble the items as nearly all of the furniture that we sell requires some level of assembly.

Pre-ordered items
If you have pre-ordered an item, it will be dispatched shortly after the date displayed on site when you placed your order. If for any reason a shipment/s are containing your order is delayed for reasons outside of our control we will contact you to make you aware and give you the option of whether to keep your order for when the stock arrives, or if the new date is too long to wait, we will offer you a refund.
Once your pre-ordered item arrives at our UK warehouse, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
