VIPACK FORREST Single House Bed - Solid Oak

Solid Oak House Bed – Playful Design with Timeless Oak Craftsmanship

The VIPACK FORREST Solid Oak Single House Bed combines the playful appeal of a children's house bed with the quality and natural character of genuine European oak.

Crafted from FSC-certified solid European oak, the FORREST features a distinctive house-shaped roof frame and raised sides along the back and both ends, creating a cosy three-sided sleeping and lounging area.

As your child's tastes change, the house-shaped roof can be removed to transform the bed into a more understated solid oak day bed. With a full-size 90 x 200cm sleeping area and optional matching under-bed trundle available separately, the FORREST is designed to remain useful for years to come.

Why Parents Love It

Crafted from Solid European Oak

The FORREST is made from FSC-certified European oak rather than oak-effect board, giving the bed the natural grain, variation and substantial feel associated with genuine solid timber.

The warm oak finish works beautifully in Scandinavian, Japandi, neutral and contemporary children's bedrooms.

House Bed & Day Bed in One

The distinctive roof frame gives younger bedrooms a playful house-bed appearance.

When a simpler look is preferred, the roof can be removed to create a classic three-sided day bed, allowing the furniture to adapt as your child's bedroom style changes.

Three-Sided Design

Raised solid oak sides run along the back and both ends of the sleeping area.

This creates a cosy bed for sleeping while also giving the FORREST its distinctive sofa-style day-bed appearance when used for reading and relaxing.

Full-Size Single Sleeping Area

Designed for a 90 x 200cm mattress, the FORREST provides a full-size single sleeping area rather than a smaller toddler-bed mattress.

This gives the bed useful longevity as your child grows.

Designed for Growing Children's Bedrooms

Playful House-Shaped Frame

The tall roof frame creates an inviting bedroom feature that can be personalised with lightweight decorations, bunting or textile accessories.

Converts to a Timeless Day Bed

Remove the roof when your child grows out of the house-bed look and the underlying solid oak frame becomes a stylish three-sided day bed.

This makes the FORREST particularly appealing for families looking for children's furniture with longer-term potential.

Sleep, Read & Relax

The three raised sides create a comfortable space for reading and relaxing during the day as well as sleeping at night.

Optional Under-Bed Trundle

A matching VIPACK FORREST solid oak under-bed trundle is available separately.

The trundle can provide useful under-bed storage or, when fitted with the appropriate 90 x 190cm mattress, create an additional sleeping space for occasional guests and sleepovers.

Natural Solid Oak Style

Genuine Timber Character

Natural differences in grain, tone and appearance are part of the character of real oak, meaning each bed will have its own individual variation.

Timeless Scandinavian-Inspired Design

The combination of natural oak, clean lines and simple detailing gives the FORREST a premium understated appearance that works across a wide range of children's bedroom interiors.
